Overview

This website (tacwolftraining.com) is operated by Tac Wolf Training Solutions LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Tac Wolf", "we", "us", and "our"). We offer this website, including all information, tools, gear, and firearms or security training courses available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing training courses, digital assets, or merchandise from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms").

Section 1 — Eligibility & User Representations

By purchasing a course or booking training, you represent, warrant, and certify that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or older.
  • You are a U.S. Citizen legally eligible to own, possess, and handle firearms under all federal, state, and local laws.
  • You are free of felony convictions, misdemeanor crimes of domestic violence, or any other legal restrictions that prohibit firearm ownership. Students who do not meet these eligibility requirements will be dismissed immediately from training without a refund.
  • You are not currently under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any prescription or over-the-counter medication that would impair your cognitive function, physical stability, or ability to safely handle firearms.

Section 2 — Course Requirements & Gear Restrictions

To maintain a safe and professional training environment, all students must strictly adhere to the equipment and attire mandates established for our courses (including Baseline Pistol Mechanics):

  • Firearm Restrictions: You must bring a serviceable semi-automatic handgun or designated firearm. Please Note: SIG P320 models are strictly prohibited from our training courses.
  • Required Kit: Unless otherwise specified, students must provide a minimum of two serviceable magazines, 300 rounds of ammunition, a reliable OWB (Outside-The-Waistband) holster, a handgun case or range bag, and appropriate eye and ear protection.
  • Pre-Arrival Gear Notification: If you are missing any required gear, you must notify Tac Wolf at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in your immediate removal from the class without a refund.
  • Mandatory Clothing: For safety against hot brass, fragments, and environmental hazards, students must wear closed-toed, non-slip shoes, and jeans or cargo pants (no leggings or shorts). Shirts must be snug-fitting (no V-necks or loose clothing). Students failing to meet clothing requirements will be dismissed without a refund.
  • Weapon Status Upon Arrival: Before arriving at the training venue, you must ensure that your firearm is completely unloaded and properly cased.

Section 3 — Cancellations, Refunds, & Emergency Policies

Our cancellation and refund structure varies depending on the specific course tier and booking timeline:

  • Standard Course Cancellations (e.g., Baseline Pistol Mechanics): Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled class time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class are strictly non-refundable.
  • Failure to Comply: Failure to bring the required gear, ammunition, or mandatory clothing does not qualify for a refund if it results in your dismissal from the class.
  • Late Arrivals: You should arrive 5–10 minutes early to your course. Late arrivals run the risk of missing critical range safety briefs. Admission of late arrivals is left entirely to the discretion of Tac Wolf staff and may result in a forced reschedule.
  • Student Emergencies: If a verified emergency occurs, you may leave the training environment at any time. You will be permitted to reschedule your training course once at no additional cost.
  • Tac Wolf Cancellations: If Tac Wolf must cancel or reschedule a course due to extreme weather, range closures, or operational issues, students will be offered a full refund or a direct transfer to a rescheduled date.

Section 4 — Mandatory Waivers & Dismissal

Upon arrival at any physical training location, all students are required to sign formal physical documentation, including our Liability Waiver, Release, and Assumption of Risk Agreement, as well as our Photo & Video Release Form.

  • Refusal to Sign: Refusal or failure to sign these required safety and liability documents upon arrival will result in immediate dismissal from the course without a refund.
  • Safety Violations: Range safety rules are communicated clearly and strictly enforced. Instructors have total authority on the range. If you fail to follow commands immediately, or act in a manner that compromises the safety of yourself or others, you will be removed from the course immediately without a refund.

Section 5 — Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By utilizing this website to book training, you explicitly acknowledge that firearms training, live-fire drills, and security tactics are inherently dangerous activities involving significant risks of serious physical injury, permanent disability, property damage, and death.

  • Inherent Risks: These risks include accidental discharge, ricochets or stray bullets, equipment/ammunition malfunctions, hearing or vision damage, and negligent acts by yourself or other participants.
  • Release: You voluntarily assume all risks and release, waive, and forever discharge Tac Wolf Training Solutions LLC, its owners, instructors, employees, and volunteers ("TWTS") from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of any loss, damage, injury, or death sustained during training.
  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tac Wolf Training Solutions LLC from any claims, liabilities, costs, or legal fees arising directly from your actions, omissions, or negligence during our activities.

Section 6 — Media, Marketing, & Intellectual Property

  • Course Media: Tac Wolf frequently records photographs and video during courses for promotional, educational, and social media marketing purposes. On-site, you will have the choice to grant or decline irrevocable media permission via our Photo & Video Release Form.
  • Website Content & Curriculum: The curriculum structure, legal/moral accountability coursework, and digital frameworks presented on tacwolftraining.com are the proprietary property of Tac Wolf Training Solutions LLC. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without express written consent.
  • Anonymous Feedback: By submitting a digital or physical Course Feedback Form, you acknowledge that we may use your anonymous commentary, ratings, or written testimonials within our public marketing materials.

Any legal actions, claims, or disputes arising out of your digital interaction with this site or your physical participation in our courses must be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Alaska.
